You wont get any second from me. Anyone who was in Portland for much of Rasheed's Blazer career (as I was) knows there can be only one quote to sum up the essence of the man: “It was a good game. Both teams played hard.” Although he was also known to employ the phrase "Ball don't lie" at that time, it never came close to achieving the resonance of "Both teams played hard." That has always been - and will continue to be - 'Sheed's signature line.

I haven’t been able to watch any Laker games so what do you guys think of Melo guarding Gasol for two games this month? D’antoni seems to have negated the size advantage by trying to turning Gasol into a stretch 4 but I still worry about team rebounding with Melo at the 4. I pose this question assuming A’mare wont be back for either game.

On another topic, bone bruises can take a long time to heal. Its probably better than a fracture, but it’s not a one or two day thing either.
