Where is ephus to explain to us what we've won? I'll start: ability to keep Novak For the MLE exception: We could get Nash... I think I'd take Nash over Ray Allen. Is it really just a Nash versus Ray Allen debate? What else can we do with the new found cash / flexibility?

Much respect for Lebron -- not his biggest fan, but respect the way he plays. Talented, hard-working, and team-player. Losing last year definitely humbled him, which was for the best. Challenging Bird for best SF of all time, needs to do it at an elite level for a couple more years (I'm sure he will) before he gets that title though I think...

thenamestsam: Only thing left to really talk about is his legacy. Does he start on the all-time team? For me not yet, because his resume still needs filling out in comparison with Bird, but he’s on his way and I think he gets there eventually. And if you’re talking about the Simmons version where you pick one year’s edition of each player (a more interesting discussion in my mind) 2012 Lebron would be in my starting lineup. Like everyone else I’m still building around Jordan, but Lebron might be the most important player on the team. Jordan was better, but to my mind there are more guys who could do 85% of what Jordan did than who could do 85% of what Lebron does. His versatility, the number of ways he was able to affect games in these playoffs was different than anyone I’ve seen.

Lin NYK receives:Dwight, Hedo Hawks finally get a real center and DPOY and slide Horford to pf, get rid of malcontent. Orlando gets two all stars and a goldmine in Lin and starts Lin, Reddick, Smith, Anderson and Stat, Hire D’Antoni and look pretty good. Knicks give up a lot but pair Melo w/ Howard – perfect pairing for Woodsonball.Dolan loses his Lin money but gains Howard money so it’s ok. Maybe a few other minor parts are involved. Get er done, Grunnie?
