Can anyone remember a situation when a team’s (chicago) bench would clearly destroy the team’s starters 5-5. I mean, just no question (at least right now).

PG: Rose v. Heinrich
SG: Sefolosha v. Gordon
SF: Deng v. Nocioni
PF: Thomas v. Noah
C: Gooden v. Gray

In terms of how good they are right now, I give the starters two advantages — Deng and Gooden, and each of those are pretty small advantages (because Nocioni’s good, and Gooden is pretty terrible). Now, there are reasons to believe that, for the future, Rose, Thabo and Thomas will be good, but for this season, it’s pretty crazy….

(Also, why isn’t Noah starting at center? Weird)
