Ben R--Grab a beer or two and watch the Knicks tonight. If you're still sad at the half, play some Hank Williams (Junior, if you must), drink another beer, or two, and then put the damn game back on. If you're still down, just keep repeating CP3 over and over and, of course, drink another beer. Just some friendly advice from a fan who lived through Clyde's exile. Go Knicks.

Ha, Ben!

You know what I think I did? I think I confused Brandon Wright (who I knew Golden State had basically benched) with Dorrell Wright's OLD numbers (before he got good) so I was thinking he was a 3. So yeah, Wright would make sense. What I don't get is who does Boston plan on playing the point? Pierce as a sort of point forward? Do they like Barkley that much?

Brandon wright - 6'9" PF - Career 15.9 pts 8.5 rebs 2.0 blks per 36 in over 1200 minutes with a career 57.8% TS%. GS doesn't want him and is thinking of moving him and Gadzuric's expiring contract to NJ for Murphy, whom they will buy out, and a 2nd round pick.

I think if they truly want Nate he is more valuable than a 2nd round pick.

So the Nets-Warriors trade hasn’t gone through yet. Supposedly the Warriors are interested in Nate and Boston in Brewer. Why not a three way trade:

Brewer to Boston
Nate to GS
Wright to NY

Steal a player out from under NJ and get a cheap, young big to help us out.

Yeah, that'd work. I'd prefer they focus on size, though.
