Coincidentally, I’d already planned to watch the game with my father and use his responses in the grades/comments before I read Jim’s piece last night. We talked and agreed that I should go ahead anyway, thus making this an an “All-Dad Weekend” for the ‘Bockers. It seems apt considering these days this is is a team only their immediate family members could love. Author’s Note: Tonight my wife and I had dinner at her folks’ place, about 20 minutes from where we live. Which worked out pretty well: Like his daughter, my father in law, Tom, is a huge Celtics fan. ESPN: What’s Wrong With The Knicks?

Not penned by any of us, but from ESPN’s Stats & Info Team three things that are wrong with the team. Overreliance on Isolation This season, 15.8 percent of the Knicks offensive plays have come in isolation, the highest percentage in the NBA. But the results haven’t been there, as, in isolation, the Knicks average 0.67 points per play, 25th best in the NBA, and shoot 30.3 percent, 29th in the NBA.
