Azu coming back might help give Felton a rest. It seems like he’s always the last starter to sit. Also, there are those dead ball stretches the team has especially in second halves that maybe are because he is starting to tire (or not purely speculation and/or imagination on my part). Of course Azu isn’t a point so I’m not exactly sure how much difference it would make with Felton unless TD is ready to run the show for more than 2-3 minutes.

I don't want to find out what would happen if "a couple of guys get hurt" - we saw the team without Turiaff and that was enough for me...

Caleb: @128 I would say that depth is actually a strength – relatively speaking, at least, for a team that’s gonna win 35-45 games. Once Azu comes back there are a dozen guys who are legit NBA players. Even if Mason is a total washout and a couple guys get hurt, we’re not going to see those 7-player rotations like we did a couple times last year (or in the early Riley/Knicks days).

I completely agree, I think we are far deeper than many people give credit for. Chandler, Turiaf (or mozgov depending), Douglas, Walker, and Azuibuke coming back and Randolph there developing I think that is reasonably deep.

Man, that’s rough. But in the next 10 only 3 are against teams with winning records and two of those are at home. Hopefully, we can start to get some home cooking going and maybe go 7-3 and at least hit that stretch a few games over .500.

With that schedule coming up, the Knicks will need Randolph even if it’s just to give the regulars a little rest. The team is not very deep and losing ANY of the starters would be catastrophic.

Gallo driving to the basket is making a huge difference for the Knicks. They seem to be taking fewer 3′s and that’s also good.

Man idk if you guys ever saw the play where Azuibuke got hurt but wow. At 25 seconds in when he’s touching his leg and you see the bump, that is his friggin kneecap.

It’ll be interesting to see what adjustments get made for tomorrow- obviously the Knicks have to figure out a better way to get Stat the ball- Wallace was really good as the help defender but Amar’e needs to make better decisions on the double.

Nice to see TD back shooting well- still gambles too much on D for my taste but played well.

Mozgov has terrible hands, struggling both to grab rebounds and catch passes- especially on the move. Hopefully it’s just that he needs to get used to the speed of the game otherwise he’s never going to more than a 10mpg player.

I’m guessing tomorrow night game will be played in the 90′s- hopefully the Knicks will play enough defense to pull out another win.
