Pargo wouldn't be bad; he's a better shooter and better distributor than Roberson, but they're basically the same style of player.

He really does love to shoot.

“but most of his stats for LA look comparable or better than they were for NY this year (and his stats for NY this year were pretty good). The only noticeable decline is rebounds per 36?
IS - So the fact that his turnovers have jumped by .8 per 36 is not a “noticeable decline?”

I thought I saw .4, but I may be mistaken or looking at a different set of stats. It's not insignificant though. I think overall he is playing well though.

I don't want Randolph back either, but most of his stats for LA look comparable or better than they were for NY this year (and his stats for NY this year were pretty good). The only noticeable decline is rebounds per 36, but that's probably because he is now teamed with Camby who is one of the best rebounders in the NBA (and probably partly just random). I doubt they are disappointed with his performance so far.

Given our current roster, I would be against any trade that includes Lee unless we are getting a relatively young high quality big man back. He's probably our best player right now (we'll see how well Harrington plays for D'Antoni over a long enough period of time to be significant), is very popular among the fans and his teamates, and could easily fit well long term.

I'd rather wait for Curry to get healthy, play him a little, and try to trade him later.

Van Gundy just told a hilarious story on 1050 ESPN Radio about Anthony Bonner.

"The only player I've ever coached who got served a subpoena on the bench during a preseason game."

I need more info, anyone remember this?

D'antoni got a long standing O before the game...

I think I've said before - pargo is absolutely perfect - in terms of role (combo), cost, style and attitude.

about the trade of diaw and bell for curry and lee... because the trade wouldnt happen for about another 60 days i might not mind it. if the team is playing well and seems to be playoff bound i would say to not make the deal. but if they're not, then why not give up lee at the trade deadline (keep in mind his contract is done at the end of the year)
