    Brian Cronin says:

    Minutes for Curry – 2.

Points Knicks are currently up – 5.

    Hmmmm….

  2. 2
    Owen says:

    Lee is looking pretty good,

As Walt said, Knicks thriving with Curry out…

  3. 3
    Brian Cronin says:

I love that Isiah appears to be making his love for Lee public finally!

  4. 4
    Owen says:

Gus Johnson certainly makes no bones about it…

That was an awesome alley oop to Lee from Crawford…

Maybe tonight is the last night Lee starts on the bench…

    ahh, probably not….

  5. 5
    DRed says:

Aside from the Malik Rose sighting, I kind of like our lineup so far.

  6. 6
    Owen says:

Was that a Malik Rose block?

What the hell is going on here?

Am I in the twilight zone?

  7. 7
    Brian Cronin says:

I think Rose is in there just to stick it to Curry.

  8. 8
    Owen says:

    Lol, this is awesome….

    What a dish from Rose…

  9. 9
    Owen says:

That’s the kind of play that Curry has yet to make in his career…

  10. 10
    Brian Cronin says:

Imagine if the Knicks could actually TRADE Curry.

  11. 11
    Owen says:

Seriously, I have been envisioning this moment for about 9 months…

    Lee has been sick….

  12. 12
    Capt. Merlin says:

Lee is looking pretty beastly out there tonight. His statline will be the only saving grace when they blow this lead in the second half and lose by about 15

  13. 13
    Brian Cronin says:

Ira Newble has become a good little player.

But yeah, let’s not go overboard about Lee, because it’s just similar to when Lee has a bad game and people say, “SEE!!!”

One monster game or not, he should play a lot more PERIOD.

  14. 14
    Owen says:

    Well, just for posterity…

Lee in the first half, 22 minutes, 8-10, 1-1, 8 rebounds, 1 ast, 1 to, and one PF that prevented a transition opportunity for Lebron.

    And a +15.

For those of you that care, that’s a Win Score of 13.5….

Plus, everyone responds to him on the floor, positive vibes, Good Things….

Lord, put him in the starting lineup already…

  15. 15
    Brian Cronin says:

I’m fine with him coming off the bench, it’s his minutes that concern me.

Well, that and up until recently, I was worried they would trade him. ;)

  16. 16
    Owen says:

Let’s see how Randolph and Curry do with the lead…

  17. 17
    Brian Cronin says:

    Fuck the heck?!!?

How are the Knicks going to blow a 20-point lead?!?

  18. 18
    Brian Cronin says:

I guess 8 for 13 from three point land makes teams look good.

  19. 19
    Brian Cronin says:

Lebron is trying to single-handedly bring the Cavs back into the game. A personal 8-0 run, with a steal mixed in (as well as both a conventional and new school three point play).

  20. 20
    Brian Cronin says:

Knicks were just up 14 and Curry was -1 for the game.

    GET HIM OUT OF THERE!!

  21. 21
    Brian Cronin says:

    Z. Randolph missed a 17-foot jumper along the left baseline

    HAHAHA!

  22. 22
    Owen says:

    Jeffries even looking good…

    Rare day in New York…

Hoisted up an air ball ft as I wrote that, rotflmao…

  23. 23
    Doug says:

Jared Jeffries *airballs* a free throw. Oh man.

Tries to make amends with a block on the other end.

  24. 24
    Brian Cronin says:

Can the Knicks manage to only be outscored by 16 in the fourth quarter?!

    LET’S FIND OUT!!

  25. 25
    Owen says:

Wow, that was awesome, Nate steals a lazy post inbound pass and dunks it, everything going right…

  26. 26
    Brian Cronin says:

Less than 12 minutes to give up 23 unanswered.

  27. 27
    Owen says:

Team play is a big problem for the Knicks…

  28. 28
    DRed says:

Damn, Nate is one fast little guy.

  29. 29
    Owen says:

It’s amazing how fast nate can go foul line to foul line…

  30. 30
    Doug says:

    Curry with a STEAL?

  31. 31
    Doug says:

    Balkman sighting!

  32. 32
    DRed says:

Wow-Mardy is just terrible. Can’t we see Chandler?

  33. 33
    Owen says:

Did Collins just blow that layup? Wow, he really can’t shoot…

  34. 34
    DRed says:

That’s twice tonight I’ve beaten you, Owen.

  35. 35
    Dan Panorama says:

Man I didn’t even think about the Lee card in terms of Isiah’s predicament. If Isiah wanted to get one day of good press all he would have to do is start Lee.

  36. 36
    Brian Cronin says:

Has Lee ever led the Knicks in points?

  37. 37
    Brian Cronin says:

    Lee – 35 minutes.
    Curry – a little under 17.

    Sanity prevails!!

  38. 38
    Owen says:

Great game in Boston, Billups just iced it…

  39. 39
    DNM says:

Hey guys…just thought of something…is Isiah showcasing Lee for a trade?

  40. 40
    Brian Cronin says:

Finally, a game that I wouldn’t mind seeing a four factors for. ;)

  41. 41
    Brian Cronin says:

Hey guys?just thought of something?is Isiah showcasing Lee for a trade?

    HA!

    You’re an evil man, DNM.

  42. 42
    brian says:

    DNM…BITE YOUR TONGUE!

  43. 43
    DNM says:

I’m just saying…you never know with Isiah LOL.

  44. 44
    Walter Q. Bottomsworth says:

Every post should be as follows:

DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE DAVID LEE

    Thanks.

  45. 45
    Dan Panorama says:

So is the conclusion to draw from this: the players are willing to fight for Isiah, they just suck most of the time?

  46. 46
    Brian Cronin says:

I don’t think we can really draw anything from this, Dan, other than “David Lee is good.”

Now if it keeps up NEXT game, then perhaps…

  47. 47
    DRed says:

Can anyone remember another time the General lead the team in minutes?

  48. 48
    Owen says:

Ooh, the General, I like that….

He led them in minutes in Sacramento also…

  49. 49
    Brian Cronin says:

Lee is isolated enough from his teammates as it is, he doesn’t need to be associated with the Confederate Army!

  50. 50
    Owen says:

I was thinking of the Dukes of Hazzard for some reason, don’t know why, Lee looks a bit like a hillbilly, even if he is from St Louis….

  51. 51
    spud says:

love the knickname – couldn’t he be a Union general?

  52. 52
    T-Mart says:

The General!!!!!!! I love it!!!!!!! DRed that is genious.

  53. 53
    T-Mart says:

    Spud are you serious??

  54. 54
    DS says:

    David “Bruce” Lee

  55. 55
    Capt. Merlin says:

general lee…can’t be a union general spud, check the name

  56. 56
    gdog says:

haha the crowd was giving them a stnading ovation and mardy collins turns it over

  57. 57
    jon abbey says:

Owen got his Christmas present early, nice! I’d like to see a little more stamina from Lee still, but what a first half.

to me, of the three possibilities:

    1) we somehow get a new owner
    2) Isiah gets fired from both jobs
    3) Marbury and Curry never play unless Crawford or Randolph gets hurt

1 is always the best option, but barring that, I’d like to see them take a shot at 3 for a while.

  58. 58
    Owen says:

I just became the first person to order a David Lee Fathead….

  59. 59
    Nick says:

As I was watching the game, at around 815pm, I swear I pictured Owen saying the words: “I wish I knew how to quit you” to David Lee on his TV screen.

  60. 60
    Sly Williams says:

Something is wrong with my TV. The higher number keeps appearing next to ‘Knicks’. Maybe if I bang the side of the tv…

  61. 61
    Charles Oakley says:

Marbury DNP + Curry playing very little + David Lee Playing a lot = a rare win
