    Victor Oladipo is getting close.

Oladipo had his best outing since returning from a nagging right knee injury that kept him out of the lineup for 11 games, scoring 26 points Sunday as the Indiana Pacers beat the Knicks 110-99 for their seventh straight victory.

The winner of the Most Improved Player…

INDIANAPOLIS — Enes Kanter posted his 20th double-double this season — a 20-point, 15-rebound outing in Sunday’s 110-99 loss to the Pacers. Kanter, a traditional low-post center, even bagged a 3-pointer — his fifth this season. His numbers are All-Star worthy and he’s playing for a new contract. Because of his enormous cap hold, it…

  • [NYPost] Kevin Knox faces draft buddy as free-throw problem worsens
    (Sunday, December 16, 2018 7:13:56 PM)

INDIANAPOLIS — Across the past seven games, Kevin Knox has come on offensively, even if his free-throw shooting is a puzzling mess. Knox regained his starting slot the past four games, so it’s a good time to face Phoenix’s rookie small forward, Mikal Bridges, who also is starting for the moribund Suns and making a…

The zone started in Charlotte’s overtime victory Friday, and Fizdale employed more of it Sunday at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, keeping it close and the score low against the NBA’s hottest team. But in the end, this new zone employment…

The longest-tenured Knick will return to action after arthroscopic knee surgery when the Knicks face the Pacers on Sunday at 5 p.m. The 30-year-old Thomas has been out for five weeks but with little fanfare, as coach David Fizdale focused on heavy playing time for his young charges….

    Big tank game tonight.

It honestly would make a big difference if we could just move into the top 4.

At #5 (where I think the floor is), there is currently a 56.6% chance that we pick #6 or worse.

At #4 there is only a 43% chance of that.

pretty crazy that with these new lottery odds the #1 “seed” has nearly a 50/50 (47.9% to be exact) chance of picking #5. This leveling may really be pretty impactful.

Well, if we end up sliding down which appears to be the Knicks’ lot in life, it would be amazing to get Morant. Another guy who is looking mighty interesting is Jarrett Culver whose current stat line is pretty nuts: per36 averages of 23.6/7.1/5.4, TS 65.9 on 29 usage, 58% from the field, 45% from 3 on pretty reasonable volume (3.8 3PA/36). And as the guys at the Stepien have been theorizing, he looks WAY bigger than 6’5″. He looks more like 6’7″ or 6’8″ with a huge frame and wingspan.
