Wow..could it be that Fiz is actually getting somethin out of Mudiay? If he pulls a rebuilding of Mudiay and Hezonja off, along with what he’s done with THJ and Vonleh, he deserves COY. Facts. I can’t lie- I’m impressed. I don’t know how long this will last, but I’m impressed nonetheless.

Another positive from last night’s game: we’ve moved past that phase from early in the season where we were screwed offensively if TH2 was having an off night. Tim played like utter garbage, and Burke cooled off after the recent hot streak, yet we were in the game the whole time, allowing Mudiay to play hero at the end. Progress!

So when KP comes back is Kanter out of the rotation? At this point Vonleh should be a fixture in the starting lineup and Mitch should be getting as many minutes off the bench as possible.

Sort of an interesting spin on the genesis of Fultz shooting problems and the Luck of the Irish/Celtics!

    From Hoops Hype today:

The writers trace the history of Fultz’s physical difficulties to his lone season at Washington, where he suffered right knee soreness and opted for having the knee scoped instead of meniscus surgery. As he recovered, he worked to change the trajectory on his shot to make it more effective from the NBA 3-point line. However, it was noticeably off in his first workout with the Celtics, which prompted the team to trade its No. 1 pick to Philadelphia.

Fultz has been wearing a specialized undershirt to help stabilize the shoulder area, but any progress is on hold until after he sees the specialist next week.

I really hope Fultz turns things around, but honestly, any new information about his shooting at this point just sounds like spin, doesn’t it?

“Oh, actually, this is all because of a knee injury from essentially two years ago.”

Even if it turns out to be true, it still sounds like it is being tossed out as spin to protect how bad his rep has been hurt by all of this.
